Angela Hermosillo will discuss what typically prompts an audit, what the agency is looking for, and some best practices to keep in mind when it’s your company’s turn to prepare and navigate a DOL audit.
Angela is Associate General Counsel at Engineered Structures, Inc. (“ESI”), a role she assumed in August of 2017. Angela oversees ESI’s Retail, Federal, Express, and Service and Maintenance Divisions and is responsible for legal operations in the areas of employment law, federal compliance, safety, and litigation management.
Prior to joining ESI, Angela advised individuals and small businesses on a range of topics, including business law and strategy, wills, trusts, succession planning, probate, bankruptcy, and administrative law.
